Total quality customer support and service is provided both before and
after system installation. In addition to maintenance and operations
manuals (in the language of choice), the following services are available:

expert help via telephone, e-mail, facsimile, and web,
access to Azure's customer only web site,
customer and end-user training (in the language of choice),
a dedicated technical support manager, who is familiar with the
end-user's environment and technical requirements,
annual renewals to the support agreement, and
updates and service packs when a support agreement is in place.

Azure believes that technical support and service should be a proactive
process: updates and technical information are delivered to the customer
and end-user as they become generally available.
